Activating your account in Omnibase
This guide helps you step by step with activating your Omnibase account.
Omnibase is an online platform for visualizing and managing geo-information, such as point clouds, aerial imagery, and panoramic images.
Before you can log in and use the functionalities, your account must be created and activated.
In this document, you will read what you need, how the creation and activation process works, and which password requirements apply.
1. Prerequisites and requirements
- Access to a web browser
Omnibase is a web application and works in any modern browser. - Stable internet connection

After purchasing a license, your organization will be created in Omnibase.
2. Creating your account
- Create organization
Geodelta creates your organization within Omnibase. - Create user account
A specialist at Geodelta adds your name and email address to the system. - Invitation by email
You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
3. Activating your account
- Click the activation link in the email.
- Choose a self-created password that meets the password requirements (see below).
- Confirm your password.
- After confirmation, you will receive an email confirming that your account is active.
4. Password requirements
The password must:
- Contain at least 8 characters.
- Contain at least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z) and 1 lowercase letter (a-z).
- Contain at least 1 number (0-9).
- Contain at least 1 special character:
! @ $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ + [ { ] } ? / = \ ~. - The password is not stored in readable form in Omnibase; use a password manager if necessary.
5. Number of users
- A standard license provides access for 5 users.
- Within your organization, an administrator can create additional accounts with different roles and permissions.
