Updates and maintenance

Updates and maintenance are carried out centrally in the cloud:

  • Updates within Omnibase are implemented automatically; you do not need to take any action.
  • We send all users an email at least 1 week in advance with details about the update and when it will be carried out.
  • The update window is normally always on a Monday between 16:00 and 18:00 CET.
    • During this time window, there may be a short interruption in the availability of Omnibase.
  • Users always work with the most up-to-date version of Omnibase.
